The following document clarifies responsibilities and should tied to a Board Resolution which is consistent with the governing documents. This policy will eliminate insurance disputes and ensure maintenance is handled correctly and consistently. While this sample is not comprehensive, it does include many components commonly found in condominiums. Once adopted as policy, a copy should be distributed to every owner with instructions to provide a copy to their insurance company.
