How do I LOGIN after I've subscribed?
  1. When you arrive at Regenesis.net, click on:
  2. Near the top of the next page is a black bar. Type in your User Name and Password in the fields provided exactly as you registered them. (They are case sensitive).
  3. Click on Submit and the User Name and Password fields are replaced with a Search field.
  4. The Copper, Silver or Gold menu is activated, depending on your subscription plan.
I've performed proper LOGIN but still can't access all the menus.
It could be you only have access to the menu you subscribed to (Copper, Silver or Gold). To access more resources, Upgrade Your Subscription.
How do I renew my Copper Subscription? 
Copper subscriptions do not require renewal. They continue until the subscriber asks for the subscription to be terminated.
How do I renew my Silver or Gold subscription?
Click here and follow payment instructions. Once payment has been verified, your current subscription will be upgraded and you will be notified by email.

How do I change my User Name and/or Password?
Contact Us and include the User Name or Password you want to use. Both are case sensitive and must be 5-10 letters and/or numbers. No spaces, periods, "&" or "_". 
How does the Search function work? 
 A Search field replaces the User Name and Password fields after a successful LOGIN. Type keywords or phrases and a list of documents will appear that include those words or phrases. You are limited to those documents that are included in your subscription level. Copper subscriptions have very limited access to resources.

Why is my User Name coming up "invalid"?
User Names must be 5-10 letters and/or numbers. No spaces, periods, & or _ are allowed. They are case sensitive. (If you register a User Name of "buddy", "Buddy" won't work).
How do I locate specific information?
After successful LOGIN, a Search field will appear with the black bar at the top of the page. Fill in keywords, click "Search" and a list of possibilities will appear. You will not be able to access all search results unless you have a Gold Subscription. To access all results, Upgrade Your Subscription.
I'm having problems with PayPal accepting my credit card.
PayPal has strict fraud controls and requires that all credit cards be "verified" (card number, user and address.

Alternatively, you can mail a check payable to "Regenesis", PO Box 19605, Portland OR 97280.

I'm not able to LOGIN.
There are several possibilities:
  1. Both User Name and Password are case sensitive. If your User Name is "joeblow", "Joeblow" won't work.
  2. Your Caps Lock may be on turning lower case letters into upper case.
  3. You have an AutoFill feature on your computer that is automatically filling in an incorrect User Name or Password. You need to deactivate it.
  4. You are using the wrong User Name or Password. See Forget User Name or Password?
  5. Cookies (information that a website stores on your computer's hard drive that identifies your computer when you visit that website) are interfering with LOGIN. There a two possibilities:
    A. Your internet browser may be set to BLOCK cookies. If so, you need to change your settings to ACCEPT cookies. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options.  Click the Privacy Tab. Move the settings slider to Low (or Accept All Cookies) and click OK. If the Slider is already set at Low or Accept All Cookies, cancel out of this and read B.
    B. When you first visited Regenesis.net, a cookie was placed on your computer which may still identify you as a subscriber with limited access privileges. To correct this, in Microsoft Internet Explorer go to Tools, then Internet Options, then Delete Cookies. Restart your computer and LOGIN again.
