Policy Samples

Here are sample policies to help design your own.  Some policies may require an amendment to the governing documents by vote of the members and are designated [AMEND]. Other policies may be enacted by the Board using  the Resolution Process.   When implementing a new policy, make sure it conforms to your governing documents, state and federal statutes.  All proposed policies should be reviewed by an attorney specializing in homeowner association law in your state.
